This Policy explains how the owner of trendino.app (“we”, “us”) handles personal data of people who usehttps://trendino.app (the “Service”).
1. What we collect
- Your uploaded video: the image and voice of the people in it, and the file name.
- Photos you add to a video, their short descriptions, the text of your change requests, and voice recordings if you dictate a change.
- Data derived from the video: the speech transcript, the edit plan, the cover image and preview frame.
- Technical data: IP address, requested URL, browser type and request time in server logs; an
scookie that keeps you logged in and, while you log in with Telegram, Google or Yandex, anauthcookie. - Account and payment data, once used: email address, name and account ID from Telegram, Google or Yandex or a login with a password hash, your video balance and your payment, credit and usage history.
Your style settings, draft change notes and any unfinished upload with the photos you picked are stored in your browser (localStorage and IndexedDB) until you send them. Card details are handled by our payment partner, and we never receive them.
2. Why
- to build videos from your uploads and deliver them to you;
- to give you access to your account and saved videos;
- to take payments, add credits and issue refunds;
- to answer support requests;
- to keep the Service running and protect it from abuse.
3. How long we keep it
- source video and photos — 72 hours after the video is built; if the server runs low on space, the sources of the oldest videos go sooner;
- finished video, transcript and plan — 14 days after the build; if you have more than 60 videos, the oldest are deleted sooner;
- uploads that were never started — 6 hours;
- voice recordings of changes are not stored: the server passes them on for transcription and forgets them right away, keeping only the text;
- server logs are capped in size and overwritten as they fill up;
- account data — for as long as the account exists; payment records — as long as the law requires.
4. Who we share it with
Transcription and editing run on the Service’s own servers. We don’t share your video with anyone. Only these processors receive data:
- HOSTKEY B.V. (Netherlands) — hosting: videos and Service data are stored and processed on its servers;
- OpenRouter, Inc. (USA) and the providers of the Claude language model that OpenRouter routes requests to (USA) — only the text of the speech transcript, your change requests and photo descriptions, with no video, file name or contact details, to plan scenes, fix transcription errors and translate captions;
- OpenRouter, Inc. (USA) and Google LLC (USA), the Gemini model — only the photos you add to a video and voice recordings of your changes, with no video or contact details, to describe what the photos show and turn a spoken change into text;
- our payment partner — the data needed to process payments and refunds.
Processors act on our instructions and only for these purposes.
5. Security
Connections to the Service are encrypted (HTTPS). Service processes run under a dedicated account that can access only their own files, and server access requires a key. Data is deleted automatically on the schedule in section 3.
6. Your rights
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Email starostin.media@gmail.com and we will reply within 10 business days. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
7. Changes
We may update this Policy. The current version is always published on this page and applies from publication.
