1. Payment methods
1.1. Payments on the Site are accepted by the UnitPay payment system (unitpay.money): Visa, Mastercard and Mir bank cards, the Faster Payments System and other methods UnitPay shows on the payment page.
1.2. Prices are shown on the Pricing page in US dollars, in rubles on the Russian version of the Site, and in so‘m for reference on the Uzbek version, where payment is charged in US dollars. The price at the moment of payment is final and includes all taxes. If your card is in another currency, the bank that issued it converts the amount at its own rate.
2. How to pay
2.1. Sign in to your account on the Site.
2.2. On the Pricing page, choose a pack or the number of videos and press “Choose” or “Buy”. You can add “Studio and AI images” to a PLUS or PRO pack.
2.3. Enter the email address for the receipt and press “Go to payment” — the secure page of UnitPay or the acquiring bank opens.
2.4. Choose a payment method. To pay by bank card, enter its details: card type, card number, expiry date and the CVC2/CVV2 code on the back of the card.
2.5. If your card uses 3-D Secure, you are taken to the page of the bank that issued it to confirm the payment. Ask that bank about its rules and methods of additional verification.
2.6. Once the payment is confirmed, the videos are added to your balance right away and the receipt comes to the email you entered. All payments are in your profile, under History.
3. Information security policy
3.1. To pay for an order, you go to the server of the UnitPay payment system, where you enter the required details, or to the payment form of the acquiring bank. Your confidential payment data (card details, registration data, etc.) never reaches the Site — it is processed by the UnitPay processing center and fully protected. The Site does not receive or store card data.
3.2. The UnitPay payment system holds a confirmed certificate of compliance with the PCI DSS standard for storing, processing and transmitting cardholder data. The PCI DSS card security standard is supported by the international payment systems. UnitPay also takes part in the Compliance Control PCI DSS Compliance Process (P.D.C.P.) program of continuous compliance.
3.3. The Site and the payment page open over a secure HTTPS connection. We never ask for your card details, SMS codes or passwords — do not share them with anyone.
4. Refunds
4.1. You can get your money back for unused videos by writing to starostin.media@gmail.com: how the amount is calculated, the steps and the timing are in sections 3.4–3.5 of the Terms of Service. The money is returned within 10 days the same way you paid; how soon it reaches your card depends on your bank.
4.2. If you were charged twice for one order, or charged without the videos being added, send the order number or the date and amount of the payment to the same address: we check the payment in UnitPay and within 10 days add the videos or return the money (section 3.6 of the Terms).
